Carolina Porto is a multicultural international certified coach and has been supporting international individuals for the last nine years. She has helped build up High Performance teams with corporate Groups, such as Nestle. She has worked on individual programs with expatriates and spouses alike, from multinational companies like Medtronic and BAT, all while supporting spouses looking for work abroad through her volunteer position at IDCN - International Dual Career Network and her previous position at Job4U2. She is an adventurous speaker and had the chance to present at the WSB - Women's Skill Bureau, in Riyadh, at the Families in Global Transition conference, and at the SPAN - Safe Passage Among Networks conference.
Carolina has a hotel management degree and is a certified ICF coach.
Brazilian by birth and nomadic by choice, Carolina adopted her husband’s French nationality and lives with her family in between cultures and languages.
Carolina has served on the FIGT Board since October 2017
